L’Alta Valle del Tevere (Upper Tiber Valley) is the first part of the Tiber River which springs at Mount Fumaiolo and reaches Umbertide. This is a natural amphitheater which tells a long story from Roman times, getting on medieval paths until reaching the magnificence of the Renaissance.

The package offers a 2-day tour to discover less-known territories, but of equal charm when compared to the often chosen touristic destinations.

The package includes a 2-night stay and dinner (two courses, side dish, desert and mineral water), access to the wellness area with mud body wrap and aromatic massage for 30 minutes per person.

Jewellery tour in Florence has a very old tradition on artisans, whose workshops were the peculiarity of the ‘Oltrarno’, the area on the other side of the Arno; jewellery makers, goldsmiths, silversmiths, shoemakers and leatherworkers with their workshops made some florentine streets unique.

The tour has the aim to introduce the intelligent and curios traveller to discover the local florentine artisans, who are part of the historical local identity and very important for a deep knowledge of the city.

It starts in a very old, charming and famous workshop where the owner family works the gold since generations. They will be glad to guess our curious travellers and introduce them to the old technique of the fusion and work of gold. By passion and creativity they continue to produce jewellery since generations.

The tour continues in the shop of a very famous florentine creator who, taking inspiration by the American films of the 1940’s, creates costume jewellery using ‘simple’ materials as synthetic resins; her bijoux are considered both fashion and art, and her artworks are displayed in important worldwide museum.

Finally, it continues in a workshop specialised in the handmade working of glass and crystal beads by the technique of threading, bead weaving, crochet and three dimensional bead working.

Chianti is a hilly region that culminates in Mount St. Michael high 893 meter in the south of Florence and the north of Siena. Chianti classic corresponds to the wine production area of about 70,000 hectares which includes small areas of Castellina, Radda, Gaiole and Greve, and in some areas in San Casciano Val di Pesa, Barberino Val d'Elsa, San Casciano Val d’Elsa and Castelnuovo Berardenga and a small part of Poggibonsi.

Siena is a city with a strong personality. Rich in art and history the city also has deep-rooted traditions.

This itinerary is suitable for those who visit Siena for the first time and want to get into its unique spirit.

Siena knew its urban development between the 1200s and the 1300s and therefore still retains a dominant medieval impression.
